Share your voice: Join our April community meeting

Progress toward gender equality grows through conversation, connection and understanding. Our monthly community meetings are designed to create exactly that: an open online space where people across Greater Manchester can come together to discuss what’s happening in their world through a gender equality lens.

Our next meeting takes place on Tuesday 7th April, 1.00pm–2.00pm, and we warmly invite you to join us.

These sessions, held on the first Tuesday of every month, bring together women, girls and male allies from across the city region. They provide a welcoming forum to share experiences, highlight initiatives, raise questions and learn from one another.

What’s happening in your workplace, organisation or community that relates to gender equality? Perhaps you’re involved in a project supporting women and girls, noticing emerging challenges, or exploring ideas for change. Our community meetings are a chance to bring those insights to the table.

By talking about what’s happening in our different spaces – from education and employment to participation and safety – we build a clearer picture of where progress is being made and where more attention is needed. Every perspective helps strengthen the collective effort to make Greater Manchester a safer, fairer and more equal place.
