Two key reports now live: Over Halfway & Pankhurst-Fawcett 2025

We’re proud to share two important publications that mark a major point in our journey towards a fairer Greater Manchester for women and girls.

• The Over Halfway Report takes stock of where we are in 2025 – more than halfway to our 2028 goal. This report reflects on the progress made since the GM4Women2028 initiative began and highlights the areas where we still need to push harder for change. It’s a critical checkpoint that reminds us why our work matters and what’s left to do.

• The Pankhurst-Fawcett Report presents the latest results from our Scorecard, which gathers data across five key areas: employment, safety, participation, education, and culture and active lives. These indicators allow us to measure how far Greater Manchester has come in delivering on its commitment to gender equality – and where

  greater action is still urgently needed.
